Refund & Returns Policy for Balance & Beyond

At Balance & Beyond, we want you to love your order. Because many of our products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner, Printful, certain return and refund conditions apply.
Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- damaged
- defective
- misprinted
- incorrect
please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the product and packaging
If the issue is determined to be an error by Balance & Beyond or our fulfillment partner, a replacement or refund will be provided at no additional cost.
2. Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Once verified, we will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to resolve the issue.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- buyer’s remorse
- ordering the wrong size
- change of mind
- accidental purchases
Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before ordering.
If you wish to offer a return or size exchange request, it may be handled at our discretion and expense.
4. Wrong Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
If a package is returned due to:
- an incorrect address
- incomplete address information
- failed delivery attempts
the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
5. Unclaimed Packages
Packages returned to our fulfillment facility due to being unclaimed may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Unclaimed returned packages may be donated to charity after 30 days if not resolved.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene or customization reasons, including:
- personalized items
- custom-made products
- sealed hygiene-related products
These items may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges unless damaged or defective.
7. EU Consumer Notice
For customers located in the European Union, certain rights regarding returns may not apply to:
- personalized or made-to-order products
- sealed goods unsuitable for return after opening
This follows Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
8. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.
