Shipping Policy for Balance & Beyond

Thank you for shopping with Balance & Beyond. We work with trusted fulfillment partners to provide reliable shipping for customers across Canada, the United States, and internationally.

Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.


1. Order Processing

Most Balance & Beyond products are made-to-order.

Orders typically require:

  • 2–7 business days for production and fulfillment before shipment
  • additional shipping time depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout

During high-volume periods, holidays, or special collection launches, fulfillment times may be longer.


2. Domestic Shipping (Canada & United States)

The following shipping options may be available depending on location and product availability:

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery:
3–4 business days after fulfillment

Reliable flat-rate shipping for most domestic orders.


Standard Shipping with CO₂ Offsetting

Estimated delivery:
3–4 business days after fulfillment

A shipping option designed to help offset carbon emissions associated with delivery.


Express Shipping

Estimated delivery:
1–3 business days after fulfillment

Faster shipping for eligible domestic orders.


3. International Shipping

International shipping times vary depending on destination country, customs processing, and local delivery carriers.

Standard International Shipping

Estimated delivery:
5–20 business days after fulfillment


Standard Shipping with CO₂ Offsetting

Estimated delivery:
5–20 business days after fulfillment


Standard DDP Shipping

Available in select regions.

Estimated delivery:

  • Canada: 3–5 business days after fulfillment
  • Atlantic Canada: up to 12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) shipping may include import duties and taxes within the shipping cost where applicable.


International Express Shipping

Estimated delivery:
1–3 business days after fulfillment

Available for select countries and products.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on:

  • destination
  • shipping method
  • product type
  • order size

Promotional free shipping offers may be available during select campaigns or events.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • a shipping confirmation email
  • tracking information (when available)

Tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the carrier.


6. Delays & Delivery Issues

While we work with trusted shipping providers, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • carrier issues
  • weather conditions
  • customs processing
  • high shipping volumes
  • international transit disruptions

Balance & Beyond is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs agencies.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If a package is returned due to:

  • incorrect address information
  • incomplete address
  • failed delivery attempts

additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Balance & Beyond is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported lost or stolen afterward.


9. Customs & Import Fees

International customers may be responsible for:

  • customs duties
  • import taxes
  • VAT fees
  • additional local charges

These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are outside our control unless otherwise stated during checkout.
